- Include your username or phone number and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

To permanently delete your account and associated data, see our Account Deletion page. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email at support@twelve-app.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
